Accidently gave 36 hours of light during flowering.

Hello fellow Connoisseurs,

So I made a newbie mistake. After 21 years of growing, I had a brain fart. I moved a flowering vintage blueberry from one tent to a dedicated room, and instead of plugging the light into the timer, I plugged the vent fan in the timer. So this flowering girl has now had 36 hours of straight light. Here's some details.

She was almost three weeks into flower
DWC
Vintage blueberry that I have had since 92
9-10 week strain depending on conditions

Should I call this one a lesson and chop her? I really don't want to deal with a re-veg and then back into flower and possibly throwing balls. I've never had this happen before and have no idea how to proceed. She looks fine, but I know how testy these girls can be when they don't get their way, haha.

Don't panic, it will be fine, one day isn't going to hurt anything, just go bak to your flowering schedule.

You might get some effects but not a full reveg is my guess. I accidentally had 5 hours of extra light for 4 days in the middle of flower this summer. They had a few twisty leaves but resumed budding within days and turned out to be a quite nice crop.

Thank you, guys. I made an error in my description. It was 72 hours of straight light and not 36. 3 days total of light. I put her in darnkess asap and will leave her there for 24 hours and go back to regular 12/12. Not sure that's needed, but thought it wouldn't hurt anymore than I have hurt her. I appreciate the replies.

I've had a timer jam on for 3 days straight, beyond needing watered they were fine no problems.

That's encouraging to hear. I thought she may have been a lost cause. I have her mother, but still a nuisance. Glad to hear she should bounce back without too much trouble. She's a lovely lady. 9 days into flower, she already showed triches. She's a special vintage blueberry.

Imo 9 days is even less concerning than deep flower.

I was 6/7 wks 12-12 but no problems, I remember worrying about hermies lol.

They'll be fine, keep us updated with the blueberry terps,
A real blueberry would be gold.

Sorry, I meant when it was at 9 days of flower and was already showing nice trich development. She was 2.5 weeks when I mucked up her photoperiod. As far as real blueberry goes, I think this one is close. This has been a cut that my grandfather has been growing since 1986 that came from Alaska and then down into BC. I started growing it in 1992 and have had a mother since then. No brake down in potency or genetic traits that I've ever seen, even after all these years. She's a special cut. Problem is, it's a clone only plant. We don't have a male.
