My neighbor is a bread delivery man and he has giving me a few bread racks I cut the sides off with a dremel

I was thinking it was a bread tray. I have a few for under my res when I had my f&d setup. Kept it off the cement.

5.6 is too low luckily you just leave them exposed to room air and they absorb what moisture they need is my experience and their smell is actually intensified from the plant. It's very different. I'm already lusting after a digital bleed valve and considering what's out there.
