Never made corn chowder before... I feel like I should have used heavy cream vs milk. Definitely wanted the dollop of sour cream at the end, but still tasty.View attachment 5365081

I use some 1/2& 1/2, or a small tab of butter.
Too much heavy cream makes it like a bisque for seafood.
