I wish. It's a real fun allergy where it makes my mouth bleed and it takes a 1.5-2 weeks to heal up. Of course, I still roll the dice on occasion and eat pizza, but if I'm making stuff at home, I try to completely avoid pizza and pasta sauce. Some do it and some don't, but it's miserable so I have just given up on enjoying most pizza and pasta with red sauce.

Some of my favorite pizzas use pesto as a base. You still get the garlic and spiced goodness. Plus you can experiment with which greens/ nuts you add for fun. Cashews over pine nuts, and half basil half arugula is my current jam. Since pine nuts cost like a families worth of arms and legs over here...

Oh yeah. I love.pizzas with white sauce. Papa Murphys has a couple options that are delicious.
