Don't trust that meter. That's what I thought you might have. That's why I asked what kind.

Looks like overfeeding lockout to me not ph. Your plant can hardly eat because you have pumped so many ppms into the soil that haven't been consumed every time u feed the plants it dissolves and ppm skyrockets and the plant hardly eats again. Adding to the problem

This plant is stuck on 3 finger leaves and in flower. Not good man, she's probably not gonna produce anything. She's far from fine. Speaking of pic 2
