Welcome!Worst experience ever. Paid for priority shipping. Canceled priority when order still had not shipped after two weeks. Order was sent standard but never received refund for the express shipping. Received order after 15 emails and 3 weeks of waiting for "in stock" clones. One clone was fine, the other had NO ROOTS and promptly wilted. After a dozen emails and a phone call to my credit card company they finally shipped a replacement. First clone is nearly ready to harvest by the time I finally received the second one. Worst of all is their attitude. Requested the order be canceled if it wasn't shipped by Friday, instead they ship it Saturday. Just be aware once you pay them, they're going to do whatever they want and at their own pace. Worst experience ever and I'm almost 45 years old.
Yea it seems like most people do, I checked the reviews before ordering and they were mostly positive. According to the owner they had someone new answering emails who needs better training as they weren't passing messages along or doing due diligence when asked questions. I was offered a freebie clone but it was a random one nothing that I could select so it was declined as I don't have the room for random clones. Aside from taking nearly 10 weeks to finally get my order completed, both of the plants are really nice plants so I've got nothing against their quality like some people do- just their service. my experience was the worst one I've ever had in my life and I'm still dealing with it as I realized they actually never refunded the express shipping or applied the promotion like they said they were. No reason to think they won't, just pointing out the hassle of having to send more emails. But yea seems like mostly positive reviews, unfortunately I can't give them one though. C- in my book... not enough to put them on my "prohibited-vendors" list but they're definitely going on my "least-preferred-vendors" list. I appreciate them apologizing and explaining, but there was just too many problems in general.I just received a beautiful 707 Potion L'Amour clone from them last week. Communication was excellent bc I had to run outta town and had them delay shipping for a few days. I had the total opposite experience as you.
