Thing is if that organic soil your using has kelp-seaweed, Alfalfa, in it you are getting a good dose of PGRs.

Not really. The whole thing with synthetic pesticides is that they are stable. They are literally the same as some natural molecule just modified to be persistant.
Regarding paclobutrazol, there is not naturally occuring gibberilin inhibitor that is useful for horticulture. Natural compounds break down quickly so you would have to spray every day (assuming there's a shelf stable formulation).

Yup kelp is a natural pgr as is alfalfa pgrs are pgrs organic or not its just the man made ones are dodgy as they aint meant for stuff you smoke pgrs imo man made pgrs have a place in ornamental gardening and tissue culture i just dont agree with them being used on anything you consume i wouldn't worry about the ones in kelp or alfalfa much
