It's a telltale example of excess Nitrogen as you mentioned.
It seems likely there's still plenty of Nitrogen in the medium.
It should correct itself with time.

I gave them a heavy watering yesterday and thought that would help with getting rid of any built up nutes in the coco.. I will keep a watch
I also did notice just now some leaves have brown spots starting, and the fan was pointed at them? I moved it now but could it be wind burn also?

The brown spots are from a Ca issue.
