Same. I sold my bread at the farmer's market one summer. It sold but later I came to realize I did not know shit about baking. I took a break from growing pot and focused on bread making and growing veggies. Both of those disciplines helped me when I started growing again. Breaking processes down into tasks and stages and paying attention to time and date, etc.I'm a bread baker, making a living now from slinging loaves. However my first loaves, baked 10 years ago, looked so bad. But at the time? I thought there were beautiful. Took pics and sent them to everyone, posted them to FB, thought the world of those two footballs.
