Wrapping up week 8 first grow!

You guys think around a week left? Still seeing new growth on buds. My well water ppm is 225 only added about 50 more in nutes (8ml micro and 16ml bloom to 10 gallons) . Noticed some leaves have light patches taking over since I've dialed back nutes. Not sure if I'm not giving right nutrients or it's just getting close. Been kinda going back and forth between using gh weekly schedule when I fill the res every couple weeks(says I should be between 3-400ppm week 8 ) and Lucas formula to top off, but been primarily trying to focus more on the ratios of the nutrients (just using twice as much bloom as micro with the Lucas), and getting the ppm down.



Any guesses on dry bud weight?

Only way to know for sure is checking the Trichomes. You can get a loupe for pretty cheap on Amazon or eBay. An old school method is once you start to see red or brown hairs you have roughly 3-4 weeks left. Problem is some strains develop red hairs at different times and rates so it’s kinda hit or miss.

Look good...how's buds structure are they dense?! If you even have one thought bout going longer take it another week...maybe too
You will be way more disappointed cutting early then cutting later plus all the work you did to get to this point...what's another 1-2 weeks

I don't mind waiting and doing it right. I still have only seen one or two trichomes that are amber. They seem dense all over tbh but I don't have much basis for comparison lol

I have a magnifier that goes from 60-120x. I just see mostly cloudy and almost half clear probably. Have only seen a couple individual amber trichomes. I hate to keep taking samples from it.
