That is such BS. Like "Bully" bans. Punish the folks who f-up...not everyone who is a pet owner. I hope you can make it work out. I love Goldens.
I get asked every time I go to a new vet if they should have muzzles on for the exam, and then we usually leave with the vet and all the techs giving them pats and swooning. My moron brother's pitties I had to take to the vet every now and then too. Those were some sweet dogs, hope he took care of them

15° at the moment. Tonight snow starts.......20"+ is what they say.....only about 1.5" an hour for 7-8 hours...so we'll see how that pans out. Two storms come together...one is over some of you guys and another coming up the coast....

The upper loft big tent is officially empty. As bad as I want to there's no way I can squeeze another run up there until fall with the heat coming. But.... it's getting a major makeover up there between now and then. 
The 3x3 in my bedroom will be getting packed once these clones are ready (fingers crossed).

i wet my plants this morning and noticed that the wedding cake isn't taking up nearly as much water as her tent-mates. i had intended on just cutting off a couple of colas but ended up snipping/damaging more so here we are with half the flowers off, and half still on the plant. oh well. you can see the sticky-icky all over my hands. if i hadn't been so excited i would have washed my hands before the photos. once i got these outside in the natural sunlight i was smitten as a kitten. the purple is just so pretty. i did a rough wet trim and now it's time for the walk-in cooler for drying.

happy friday! i've got the house to myself again until sunday night. i'm headed out in a bit to get a scoop of compost and some promix to fill up the next round of pots for the newest babies who are hanging out on the porch. i also need to fill up the raised bed we built outside yesterday, 3'x12'x2'. UGH not looking forward to that. i have a pile of old wood, brush from the forest, wood chips, cardboard to help fill up the bulk, then it'll get topped with compost, amendments, and topsoil. we should be good after monday for planting out the brassicas and lettuces, as well as the rest of the onions. my seed shelves are full, and i need to make room for the tomatoes and flowers that will be filling out in the coming weeks.
other random shit like grocery shopping, cleaning, laundry, and other adulting stuff. and i'm just now discovering "yellowstone" so i'll likely finish that off.
what are your rules for watching shows without your partner? we used to have a strict "DON'T WATCH IT WITHOUT ME" rule, but now we have a "DON'T ASK DON'T TELL" policy where you're not allowed to speak about the show(s) that you've watched without the other one.
