naw man that shit sucks, u r 18 now....... i was in the same boat as you with my mom back in the day she used to freak and give me long talks n shit but i hit college and she didnt care anymore as long as you keep up with your shit then he should be ok with it ....... even he smokes so he should understand......... sorry im blazed now

My dad is a alchi pot head, i can't relate. My mom on the other hand, when she first caught me smoking the reefer, i wasnt really in trouble, but it felt bad, because she started crying and asking me "is my life so terrible that i have to escape it with drugs" that made me feel ill and guilty. many times being in the wrong place smoking weed, i can relate to that. cops are the worst, needless to say....i will elaborate on my first time being in the wrong place smoking weed, at the right time for a cop to show up. i might not be making sense. i'm also hella high

see the thing is my Dad has NO rules stated about weed. he Has NEVER even talked to me about it
one time my parents saw a hommade bong... and all he said was "Do you know why your mother and i were mad before? you do right? good?" thats it.. i was like yeah ok umm

Even if he just texted me and said "Dont ever smoke in front of my house again...etc" i would have been like ok, and i would have got the point. he is just being a dick.its not even worth fighting about. thats why i never argued with him or brought of the fact that HE smokes

the fact that he himself smokes has no bearing in my opinion... that is just your attempt to justify your actions and have him be "the bad guy"... fact stands that you were doing illegal drugs, in the street, in front of his house.... it doesnt matter if he has gay sex while shooting heroin... i bet he does it inside behind walls and doors..... respect your parents son

so me and about 6 or 7 of m friends were rolling a dub behind this old school, no longer in use. Buddy is busting the reefer up on his skateboard when who decides to take a look see in the playground. the fuzz. i lived in a small town, where cops thrive on the slightest bit of action. My bud who was rolling had the brilliant idea to jsut flip the board onto his lap, saving the weed and hidding it and the same time. he hadnt planned on having to stand up. of course when he stands, there is about a half a quater spread over his pants.... lame. after that it was empty the pockets and open the wallets etc. my first time arrested, dang. i had a quarter stuffd in my wallet, such a shame. my other friend much worse. he was dealing at the time and had most of a QP of hash in his bag along with scale and money. we were all under 18 then. but said dealer friend cant own a firearm until hes 25 along with other bs. me and my rolling friend were slapped on the wrist. they didnt care, they had a shit load of hash and a bunch of money to worry about. i know this has nothing to do with this thread, but what the hell. its a story

You are staying with your parents, They are putting a free roof over your head. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and assume he is paying for your college as well. And you disrespect him like that? He needs to beat your ass. I don't live with my parents, but they put alot into raising me so when they come to visit I am respectful, and hide the bong, spray febreeze, all that good shit. You know why? Cause I love my parents and try to make them think all the work they put into raising me is actually accomplishing something in my life. They know I smoke weed. They have no idea it's an everyday thing, because I'm respectful... You should try it.

no doubt u right on Louis541 ... never smoked outside my moms house in the house or came home high.. i have more respect than that but iv had my own shit since i was 19 so now i do what i want and spark up when i want

I got caught by my mom when I was a teenager.. she went off, and I just simply reminded her that their are far worse things out there that I could be doing besides smoking a joint... atleast it's not meth or crack

Maybe you could get you a peice of foil, fold it into a boat and let him catch you pretending to smoke meth, and then be like "see, atleast I wasn't being a complete jackass.. it was just pot after all.."..

and says im grounded for the rest of my winter break, (im 18 im on college break) so im like FUCK THAT YO!!!
he said im fucked cause i was smoking out side HIS house, and he didn;t want illegal things happening outside his house...

WEll its all bullshit cause HE SMOKES WEED!!! he is the one who got me started so im like "WTF"

Your dad is just trying to save you from ruining your life bro. Sure smoking weed is great, If you have the time. Your in college and you should be out trying to get laid or some other extracurricular activity.

Im serious bro. Stop smoking now. Wait 5+ years when you have established yourself, than begin to explore weed. Trust me its hard but wellll welll worth it
