Nothing important but curious seedling growth, opinions?

So I got these 9 seedlings I originally planned to share with some good folk that can't seem to get em past first nodes . Buttt after germinating I realized....'I got em growing under 12/12 with my main 2 girls(3rd chopped, was male), whereas them standup citizens would be putting them outdoors...probably won't work'. Was I correct?

Also, I'm curious as to why the seedlings have grown as they are in the pic below. I figured the short ones stayed so because they got enough additional light being so close to the reflective wall. But then there's some stretching babies on the left also by the wall. The short healthier ones got the strain's(85% sure its not deficiency lol) purple stem, but the long stretchy frail ones don't. Is that sort of a confirmation that purple is in the strain as the healthy ones didn't have to spend energy stretching and could thicken the stem? Also why the difference? any hypothesis? I moved them around a little since they started 1 week ago, but after day 2 seedling, they were always up against the tent perimeter.

TLDR

1. Can I start seedlings in 12/12 and after 2-3 weeks, put them outdoors???
2. Short healthy seedlings' have purple stems, is that confirmation purple stem/branches are in the strain? As the other flimsy seedlings spent their energy stretching instead of thickening?

A wild thought....could the stretchers be male?..??(Probably way stupid a thought haha).

12/12 for seedlings is far from optimum, the stetch could be strain, or lighting, day length, hard to tell. If there was any way to give them a little supplemental light time it would help. The purple stems are fine, a lot of the plants I grow start have purple stems (it will more than likely turn green with age). Whether you can put them outside in two or three weeks is totally dependent on your location and length of day. As far as the stretchies being male, no way to tell at that age. When you go to transplanting the stretchy ones, you can bury the stem to just below the cotyledons.

haha this may sound ignorant and that isn't my goal, but I don't have a spare grow tent or light for 18/6, nor can I put them outside. Soo my plan for them now is simply trying the 12/12 from seed for the single cola of flower in 2 months. Just an experiment I'm committing too bc of my poor thinking before. Also lost 1 main plant as it was male, kind of hoping if I get these 12/12 from seed to decent single corn cobs, they might make up for losing 1 of my 3 main plants lol. I also have direct source for this strain so seed use can be as frugal as ever. Hell if I finish the mains decently enough to show the strain is gooood; I'd be happy to send free seeds to anyone on here that would like to take a stab at them. I'd love to send them to a 5 year+ grower with more skill than I to see what fruit they can truly bare
