Greetings ~ wanted to share a few buds that haven't been showcased yet before I harvest.

2/13: Day 60 flower
Gelato 33, rich florals


Mac1, sour, some citrus


Grape Fog, grapes on grapes

Planning for a few more days of growth on shortened days. Growing with this lighting cycle (14/10>12/12>10/14) for a quicker harvest not yield. So far, it has helped to ripen plants, imo. Temps and humidity kept as low as possible (~70°/55%L.on; ~62°/50%L.off) with an exhaust fan working hard to pull ganja breath outside, hope my neighbors don't mind.. I've def gotta replace the carbon filter soon, it's been awhile! Will harvest this weekend/early next week.

I'll be chopping (today-tmrw) 66 days into their flowering cycle. Buds are more mature at this stage than last couple rounds which were harvested ~73 days and 83 days. I plan to remove plants from tent to harvest, clean the space, hang dry, then will make room for the "TesterZ" clones once finished.

The clones turned out pretty decent imho, so I figured to wait it out another week and am harvesting tonight/tmrw instead @ day 70.

Thank you! Noting the darker purple is where more light was shining.. maybe the cut? Or becoming 'deficient' or could just be maturing more than others that received less light.

From observations, the front G33 stayed green while other two (in center and back) turned mostly all purple. Under canopy of MAC displayed similar features, more purple hues with more light compared to the left side.

Greetings everyone!
Buds have all been given a loose "farmer's trim" and now sitting in bags for the next few days while the getting burped. Final weight for all plants is 709g with Grape Fog yielding the most @ 133g & Tuscan Gelato with 122g (shortest veg).


Next up, these (fugly) testers! Stoked to finally get them in here. Only ~80 day delay to get these in here, but am grateful to have a decent stash of flavors to blazers. Transplanted yesterday into 3/4 coco & 1/4 pumice mix adding ewc, Dr Earth's 4-6-3, rock phos & oyster shells.

L2R: Banana OG x LCG, Cereal Milk x Rainbow Beltz, Purple Jelly x Rainbow Beltz.

Clones were taken from early flowering plants and have been kept small most of the duration, except for these last couple weeks they have since regained vigor after moving to more light.

Just started their p2 irrigation cycles yesterday, expecting to see a boost in growth over the next week before flipping into flower. I setup trellis net before plants got too big.. the 3*3 tray is small enough (placed in the corner) to maneuver around and work on plants fairly well.

Lights on: 77-79°f//62-64% (1.0-1.1 kPa),
~360ppfd, photone app
Lights off: 73-75°f//~58%

This stuff from Dr earth soil I was looking at just promix but found this instead basically promix with added worm casting,and different root enhancements. Says great at starting seeds and building roots.

Awesome, starting in promix. The Dr Earth soil sounds like a nice starting mix also.. I like to germinate in coco with some added ewc, great idea imo.

My pleasure! Not much of a smell yet, i did notice that they droop when watered. They like to be on the dry side.

Niice, I've been adding trichoderma and mycos to help during the colder days.. you may find it helps keep the root zone stoked with beneficials rather than any nasties that could be incubating in soil, especially under plastic wrap.. an interesting FG prevention btw! I use microbe-lift BMC and recently added a layer of pumice.

Have you looked into adding a thick top layer of perlite/pumice (& BTi) to disrupt their cycle?

No nasties under the plastic, just some beneficial mold breaking down some amendments. Smells really clean too. I've been bottom watering, so condensation on the plastic is helping to keep the topdress moist as well. It looks l8ke I'm going to be running seeds in at least one tent for quite a while, so ill be making lids for my 5gal buckets.

I used almost an entire bottle of microbe lift. I think they like it. I'm going back to Mosquito bits, they seem to work better.

Day 4 of 12/12



Notes: Have been giving these gals some time (3 week veg) to get used to their new home for their next several weeks of bloom. Keeping temps relatively lower for LED (~78°f) as to not use the forced air heater as much/long. Plugged into the ACI pro 69 controller, heater stays on for short periods of time while humidity/fan maintains (~1.0 kPa, leaf temp -2° adjusted for) VPD.

Stoned: Thinking though, and someone correct me, like a car it takes much energy to go fast from start.. Once going at a faster rate, the car doesn't need as much gas/energy to continue going at a higher rate.. would it make sense to just run it at 80-82° f and it'd be relatively the same amount of time 'on' once temp has been met by the controller? Curious on your thoughts and experience. Thanks in advance!

Work: Cleaned up bottoms, plants are recovering well. I've been implementing a spray program in rotation to cover different angles of plant needs, example: Feed/IPM/Beneficials. Drenched with spinosad a few times, to be sure any creepy crawlers (RA) in the media is taken care of.. Auto feeding P1 cycles from reservoir ~2.0ec daily. Plant layout is here:


The Woo: they're still being played musics and each have their grounding "sticks", removed the bamboo & kept the copper wire. I've switched up the tunes from last cycle.. incorporating rain sounds, morning bird calls, different piano tunes, relaxing classical songs tuned to 432hz and some meditation tracks at 528hz.

Seeds: I had attempted a seed run that resulted in tiny, immature seeds. Had a total of 18 flowering plants, 19 including the donor. Was calling it the 'Seeds of Green'. Unfortunately, the donor had produced what I'm assuming was sterile or non-viable pollen after being reversed "successfully" and collecting pollen.

They went from to after tent was cleared of tester plants for about a week or so.. went in looking for seeds and found nothing but tiny (what looked like failed) seeds and flower growing on top of them.

One door closes, another one opens.. more clones prepared and are now on their first day of 12/12 and a second batch of 'tester' clones to pollinate with already collected pollen. Less plants but somewhat bigger. Plants including: Grape Fog, Tuscan Gelato, Glitterbomb, MAC & Gelato 33. We'll see how these clones do with a different pollen.

Ouch, that hurts. Did you make any hash or edibles out of the bud? Good luck with the next round, I'm sure it was just a hiccup. Fun following along, you always got a ton going on. Nice to know I'm not the only one going in 7 different directions!

Hey CC, ouch is right.. but no worries, live and learn! It was sorta expected with this strain from research as it's claimed to be a triploid and others had unsuccessful attempts before.. The strain used was MAC and I reversed only a single plant.


If trying again, I'd use a fresh batch of STS (part A & B were mixed a couple years ago, left in fridge), start 3 - 4 weeks early to collect/drop pollen on plants naturally (this was done last time, makes for a nice collection/pollination time ratio), reverse multiple clones(Justin Case it was the cut). I'm trying my hand at pollinating it now. Will keep updates!

Plants have been in the tent, left in their pots to dry on the vine, controller rh set to 60%. This was exactly my plan, to make butter/oil for edibles. Have actually been finding edibles to hit the spot recently. I used to not like them as much, felt over taken. Now, maybe dose related, I enjoy the duration of the medicine. They bring a 'lightness' to the temple and a sense of ease.



A couple more notes to add to the heater situation.. "wind resistance" in the car analogy, factoring temp outside of tent. If colder days/nights then heater will have to work hard no matter what, depending on what it's set to. Last night was a perfect example.. a cold night!

Since parameters were not being met, heater stayed on mostly all night long, effectively 'jinxing' myself, "short periods of time.." lol. Rly just answering my question, "it depends on how cold it is outside. If warmer out: heater works less. If colder: heater will work more." Basic, I think?

Are you making all of your edibles from vine ripened seeded weed? I would say that would do the job of relaxation and sense of overall well being. How many days does it take for a plant to dry while left in the soil? Do you stop watering earlier than the day you chop? What's your favorite cartoon?
