i do the cold plunge after stair climb workouts,
my knees are gunna be next to quit on me.
i like to go from the hot dry sauna, steam sauna , hot tub...then into the cold plunge.
my gym has several swimming pools also, but i dont float, i sink. if i could swim, i would swap out jogging for swimming
yall be safe at the "Q"

Ok everyone just a reminder like always this BBQ is "pot luck". We will be grilling chicken and burgers for all but everything else is pot luck, so bring your favorite side dish, maybe a salad, potato salad, fruit salad, or just a bag of potato chips to share, and your favorite drinks and a chair to sit on. I will have plates and forks and napkins. The weather forecast is for good weather so lets all meet up and have some fun....it's been a long time

I'm gonna try to get there early...like 8:30-9:00. Probably won't start cooking till around noon.

No not yet. depending or how occupied they are i will try to find a numbered spot that is mostly flat and under some trees for shade and not too far from the toilets. Maybe close to the lake shore. I will put out a sign saying "RIU" so we won't be hard to find....P.S. somebody be sure to bring some bug spray, mosquitos could be an issue late in the day. I'm starting to get excited already....lets do this!

We take off tomorrow morning. Me and my buddy ED will be smobbing around Wheatland all weekend on the little bikes.
I plan on bringing a bag of chips, a case of soda and tub of potato salad. If there's anything in particular you would like me to bring @doublejj just let me know. Thanks so much for hosting a BBQ this year and I look forward to meeting everyone.
