yeah i have the same seeds from attitude. they are free, but very small seeds. i have had 5 germing for 2 days, one or two has hatched, we shall see

Yo I just bought some arjans ultra haze 2 fems and they gave me 5 free power skunk for nothing I also paid for express stealth shipping and got a t shirt all for a crazy price of only 69.72 These guys freakin rock trust that.

I germed one seed and so far its been a little slow but shes (hopefully anyways) doing well.

2nd day in and shes already growing her first set of leaves.

Not really sure how long I've been flowering... either just over 3 weeks, or just over almost 5 weeks... I think they would be bigger for five though.. oops on the math! Actually I just forgot the date, go figure:bigjoint: Anyway, these bitches are huge! The lowryders really look tiny compared to this 4-5foot beasts. I can't wait to get these out of here!

An update on some G13 Power Skunks I grew out. I kept 1 clone off the only plant that didn't look like complete garbage. I started flowering it 2" tall as I do most clones. This was October 17th, now 2 months later, it is over 5' tall, has really nothing I would call bud on it, just hair clusters, has no smell, and has no crystals. Honestly, if they wanted to get their name out there, they should have picked another strain. I am giving it until the end of the month to get anything that is actually a bud, then I am killing it off. I have 4000 watts of HPS, so the stretch definately is not from lack of light. I also have SSH running beside it staying 1/4th the size so not exactly a good indoor strain.

Does it look like mine in the post above? Do the hair clusters just never fatten up?

I think I actually heard that the G-13 Power Skunk is garbage from a post somewhere, Don't know for sure. All the seeds that Attitude gives away with there orders are from G13-Labs, leads me to believe that the genetics are most likely inferior why else would they give them away? I just ordered some White Russian and some Early Durban and of course my 5 power skunks,1 gigabud, 1 diesel, and t-shirt all for like $130. Even if the free seeds are shit it is still a good deal.

ok... so I am tempted to cut these down and start my real grow (I was just practicing with the free seeds first) if they are going to be a disappointment. I've never grown skunk before... do these look normal for about 4-5 weeks flower? Are they going to fatten up? I have 7 total plants, some power skunk, some thai skunk. They have at least 4 more weeks to go...

I hope they are finally done stretching. They are all about 5ft and most have been bent over numerous times. I treat my bitches well:hump:

Anyway, I have a blue cheese grow ready to be placed in the veg room so I could really use the space... but maybe I will get a decent yield out of these skunks... ugh.

Patience. You have already invested all this time...another 4-5 weeks is nothing. Your plants look fine. Those will fatten up quite a bit over the last 4-5 weeks. Remember, this is a process and you must show patience in order to be a successful grower.

Those more than likely won't be your best grow but you can still get some good smoke and tons of experience. Hang in there and let your blue cheese just veg a few more weeks...it will be good for them and you can finish this grow. Good luck. :weed:

Yes that is exactly what mine look like. And as far as other skunks growing like this, not that I have ever seen. I grew SK #1 alot and it never looked like this. Also, I grew a NL x Sk #1 (which I thought was what power skunk was) and it also never looked like this. I just chopped mine down today. I have real strains that I can use the space for

Thanks. I was worried about that. These plants seems to be all hair clusters and no bud. and no trichs. and no smell!! wtf! There should definitely be smell...

I can also use the room--besides, I have blue cheese ready to go, plus G13 Haze, Durban Poison, Passion #1, White Berry, Blueberry and White Widow mothers:weed: should be an excellent winter!

I will give it another two weeks while I prepare some more clones, but if I haven't seen huge improvement... bye bye!

my free power skunk seeds i just received actually look like good beans compared to the free ones i got a few months ago. first ones were tiny and almost shriveled up these look like they will actually sprout if i even grow them at all lol

As far as sativas not being big yielders... I have SSH running right next to it and it is a 1 week pheno and has nice buds starting from the same date. I also have a 120 day Uptown Haze running beside it and it has nice buds as well and that is an almost pure sativa line. I have never seen something take this long to form a single bud, a single crystal, or even the slightest bit of smell (an this is supposed to be skunk?) so I can't say much for the strain being too good. I just popped those Thai Super Skunk beans so we'll see how they do...

I'm not sure if Thai Super Skunk is different than the G13 Thai Skunk, but if it isn't--it will be just like their Power Skunk. I am flowering both right now and it's nearly impossible to tell the difference. They both grow tall as fuck. They were both included free with an order I placed a few months ago.

Just started flowering some blue cheese and at 5 days the buds already look great compared to the free skunks. Check it out.. the first pic. Center plan is the blue cheese. Top left is part of a Power Skunk. There is no comparison!

One branch on one power skunk did finally show a crystal today.

Not impressed... at all... definitely not wasting expensive nutes on them anymore.

looks like you had alot of stretch on that skunk.
if your gonna finish it you might as well give it some cheap nutes or something.
