growing in a mobile home?

I have ran 3600 watts in a trailer for 5 years. 24k mini split and 170 pint dehumidifer. Another 2 600s for veg, 12k mini split and 60 pint dehumidifer.
Power bill is around 400. I rarely run heat or central ac though, washer and dryer never gets used,fridge and oven aren't even plugged in, neither is hot water heater.

I think the trailer will be fine. I would listen to @Gary Goodson tho. He sounds like the voice of experience. Perhaps getting an acre or two of your own land is a good idea? I dunno.

That small one you posted the picture of we would call a carvan, you toe it behind your car and use it for short holidays, most people would not live in one of them



thats what mine looks like kinda, mine is 34'x12' which is the average sort of size over here in Ireland, oh and the walls in it are about 2 inch overall with feck all insulation, winter time me and the girlfriend need to be wrapped up in blankets while the fire is going during the day

Not mentioned yet is you are totally FLIR susceptible in there. So watch your emissions. Of all kinds.
No selling, no smell, pay bills, sort garbage, No 911 unless life and death, etc.

The way to solve your issue is you build a room within your room. That way you can insulate the shit out of it and then you poly it to stop the smell. When I build a place you could be next to a Police station and have no worries. One method that is quite simple that has always worked is to get one of those small 465 cfm squirrel cage blowers and run a 4 inch PVC pipe into the sewer. Put that on low and it will create a negative pressure and draw air through all the cracks in like doors etc and blow them into smelly sewer. You will not smell any plants at all. If your not afraid of doing some hard work you could do what a buddy of mine did. His mobile home had a skirt that went all the way around it so you could not see under it. My friend cut out a section of the floor in his bedroom closet and made it a hatch to get under the trailer. Then he dug down until he had a room with 7 foot ceilings. I believe the room was 20 feet wide (it was a double wide) by 16 or so long. He had 9 lights in there LOL. It was supposed to be 10 but we needed room for the A/C and dehumidifier. That place lasted for over 10 years and I think he now uses it as a man cave LOL. That little room made some of the nicest stuff I have ever seen. He just had it dialed in. Growing in a mobile home is actually a really decent option. Most people would be thinking even if he did grow in there how much could he possibly grow its so small. They dont expect a guy to pull almost 30 pounds at a time!
