Hi all,

I’ve got some problem going on with some pests in my grow room, not exactly sure what it is yet, might b spider mite, I’ve noticed small white little larva on one of the leaves. Anyways what would you recommend, I’ve read about neem oil or is there any good bug killer spray available to buy in the UK? I’ve seen something called SB plant invigorator, don’t know if that’s any good as it has mixed reviews on Amazon. Thanks.

I can't really see the bugs in the pictures.

That is most likely just citric acid and some surfactant usually used in shampoo, rather than organic product according to the Product Safety sheet.
Citric acid will turn the pistils brown, still early in flower though. Most things will.
Horticultural/ mineral oil and sufactant is another option, or Pyrethrum.

Think its 2.5ml per pint.
I mixed it in 2ltr batches because I had a serious infestation which I'd been trying to combat with predator bugs.
You use it twice, like 10 days apart.

It's organic, you can use it now and very early flower but I personally wouldn't be spraying anything in proper flower.

If you use as intended you shouldn't have a problem.

A few thrips aren't the end of the world, but I was running a perpetual system and that allowed things to get very bad.

I'd recommend trying neem oil first, it's a natural remedy that many swear by. Just make sure to dilute it properly and test it on a small area first to see how your plants react. As for commercial sprays, I've heard mixed reviews about SB plant invigorator too. It might work for some, but not for others. It's all about finding what works best for your specific situation. Personally, I ended up concocting my own spray using a mix of dish soap and water. Surprisingly effective and easy on the wallet!

That’s what I’m running perpetual. I’ve just got another set of 2 beginning to flower, I’m doing autos. Two are coming to the end, will b chopping them next week so i think I’ll just get rid of the remaining two. It’d be a set back
But better be safe than sorry, I’d just get a proper clean up etc and start from the beginning and I’ll just use that spray as preventive measure. I know it’s not the end of the world couple of thrips but they eventually might spread so I think it’s better to do a clean up and start fresh.
