Love the trunks on those! Just in time for June Gloom here! I'm in Northern LA (Lancaster), we don't get much of that here. Your plants look fantastic.
Why thank you, I live in the foothills of the Santa Susana mountains. We really dont get much overcast here historically but the last few years it can almost feel like you live in the Santa Monica mountains with all the fog and such. I kinda like it.

Thinmint S1 (cannaventure) started her January 1st. Put her out second week of April she is already bigger than the 200 gallon might have to double cage her. smells really good on the stem rub and slightly minty and sticky

Care to share your process? I assume Ice wash with bags then a heat press?
Definitely!
So i max out at about 8 one gallon freezer bags of fresh frozen in my 20 gal bubble magic washing machine.

1st wash is about three minutes, 2nd wash is about six minutes, 3rd wash is about nine minutes, and 4th is 12. If its still dumping a lot of hash 5th wash and all subsequent washes will be 15.

i use all mesh bags from press club to catch the hash 25 micron, 45 micron, 160 micron and 220 micron are the ones i use.

once they are on my trays if they are thick in any particular areas ill add a little ro water and mix it up so i dont have thicker sections that wont uniformly dry with everything else.

i then place it in the freeze dryer 30 degree shelf limit and 9 hour freeze 4.5 hour final dry are the settings i use

when its done i use a stainless steel strainer to nreak the hash down to a sand like consistency.

i then get a 25 micron bag and fill it with about 12 grams of hash then place that bag into a 15 micron bag then place it in a 90 micron bag always alternating sides the seem is on to help prevent blowouts. I then place these envelopes into the vacuum sealer to help get clearer fresh press. This removes bubbles from your rosin

i then set my press to 150 on the top plate and 140 on the bottom plate.

once im heated up i set a directional flow parchment paper and place in two of the full hash envelopes in the press then bring the pressure up to about 90psi you will start to see the rosin coming out when that happens slowly ramp up the psi 1000. When youre done you want to be able to hold the envelope up to the light and only see remnants around the edges of the envelope with the middle being “empty” of hash.

curing can be done at room temp for a few days or at colder temps for weeks. You can also make jam or pens as well but those are a little more advanced imo

Well she’s been thru the wars. 5 year old son flushed her with the hosepipe. Then we’ve had a week of 33-38f night temps and only 55-60f during the day and due to last a few more days.

Got some nice colours but only gonna get a few grams at best :/
