So heat is coming my way and my plant is at the end of second week of flower and i found that:

When cannabis plants are recovering from heat shock, some growers recommend using seaweed kelp extract (often available as a convenient liquid fertilizer) to help plants recover from the stress and possible even protect plants from heat stress in the future.

i know kelp contains a lot of iodine so maybe that's why it is so good? I got iodine supplement that's pretty much same as in kelp i'm almost sure, i can make another iodine solution in a few minutes it makes me feel pretty good i used to drop it daily and i know it's good for my brain so anyone knows if it's the iodine that helps?

Commercial growers use it in the first feed after each transplant as it helps with transplant shock so it might make sense that would help with heat shock but I wouldn't know why.

Silica helps heat stress.
Haven't heard of kelp helping with excessive heat before.
It just has a lot of trace minerals and such.
good to know, i got fertilizers from atami, coco a and b so there might be silica in one of the bottles, i contacted them because minerals are not usually listed anywhere, they should reply by tomorrow but in case it isn't i still got silica extract from bamboo i bought for me some years ago so that might work too
