Hey guys. I'm still fairly new to growing. Been growing in 2 seperate tents, 4x4' for veg and 8x4' for flower.
Flower tent has:
1000watt HPS cool tube (@30" above canopy) with 6' fan inline and filter on one side
MH 1000 and MH 4000 LED (20-24" above canopy) on the other. I have a dehum in there as well as AC to keep everything in check. 2 big fans moving air above and below.
Drain to waste with air pots and fabric pots
Coco 70% Perlite 30% and Synergy
Veg Tent isn't an issue but it's a 1000watt MH with 6" fan and filter as well. DTW table, fan and dehum.
Both tents are around 74-79°F daytime Temps and around 65-70 night time. Humidity is never over 50% in Flower and rarely over 55% in veg.
My issue is this, later in Flower I seem to get foxtailing (sometimes extreme) or some extra white pistils towards the end of Flower, weeks 6-9. I was sure this is usually light intensity or heat but my heat is great, even leaf Temps are around 75°. So maybe my lights are too intense in the tent? I've tried pulling them up as far as possible and turning down wattage/brightness at different times in the flowering stage. Usually it results in loose buds though. Could it be nutrients? Soil conditions? Anything I should be adding for root maintenance in Flower?
I'm running CalMag Micro Gro Bloom Diamond Nectar Big Bud Overdrive and Bud Candy. B52 in veg and h202 as maintenance when needed.
Mostly everything has been the same since I started growing 2-3 years ago. This all started happening about 8-12 months ago, and I can't seem to shake it since. Used to grow phenomenal buds (and I'm not trying to toot my own horn here but I was baffled most harvests..and alot of friends and family too) and now it seems to be hit or miss and I'm legit embarassed to show anyone anymore. I blamed genetics alot to start lol but now I'm sure it's something either I'm doing or environmental.
Thanks in advance to any suggestions. I'm not really one to reach out for help (hence how many harvests I've had before asking lol)
