80w pink light with the lamp in the pic they are just afew days shy on 4 weeks so just a bit more than 8 days maybe i got the time wrong but it should still be about 3 weeks old if it is wrongWhat are you using for light? Those don't look ready to transplant. They appear to be around 7 or 8 days old.
i planned on getting 2 120w white led lights yours would probably be cheaper but no stores near me sell thoes and online isn’t really an option i’m trying too get these things right man lolHere's a picture of some plants at 4 weeks and ready to transplant. Cheap blurple light but it is an actual grow light.

yeah started as more of a low budget fun thing not too worried but now noticing it needs better lights just for the plants well-being i need some fast and online isn’t an option for awhile and no shops near sell any specific grow lights i was going too try 2 120w white led bulbs. this grow isn’t too much about yields mainly just learn too grow and get some seeds for next time and learn from the last time but do you think thoes 120w ones might work ?Sorry to report that your lighting is not suitable for any meaningful grow. 4 week old plants should be little bushes already….considerably larger than what you have.
U don’t have to break the bank to find a good light. U need a full spectrum LED…..and for 2 plants I’d want a minimum of 150watts…..preferably more.
Perhaps u can find a deal on some used lights.
Expect to spend anywhere from $150-$300.
I use HLG lights but they are pricey…..maybe someone on this site can point u in the right direction. U can veg and flower under the same light….as long as it’s the correct kind.
good luck and stick with it. It’s a very rewarding and therapeutic hobby.
Definitely need new lights those don't look 4 weeks oldthese plants are hitting the 4 week mark they have grown pretty well imo 80w pink light with 2 plants spaced away from eachother. planned on getting 2 stronger bulbs “120w” for after i transplant
This is a great example of normal growth and when to transplant. You can see that the foliage is starting to overhang the cup. Ready to transplant.Regardless of the fact that they are severely stunted.........they are nowhere near ready to transplant.
Wait until they are about this size.

If yu want to experiment and with seeds get your self a HPs light would be better but keep it at good distance as they do get hot and keep the plants well ventilated you will be okay happy growing I started like you with cheap led light I had then my friend gave me a HPs bulb and I bought the ballast etc and from there I haven’t used anything else but HPsyeah started as more of a low budget fun thing not too worried but now noticing it needs better lights just for the plants well-being i need some fast and online isn’t an option for awhile and no shops near sell any specific grow lights i was going too try 2 120w white led bulbs. this grow isn’t too much about yields mainly just learn too grow and get some seeds for next time and learn from the last time but do you think thoes 120w ones might work ?
