I'm also starting to think that a tent would be useful. A damn site better than a shower stall,lol. If nothing else, a 2x2 to veg in. Autos are easy in that respect,cause you can have plants of all sizes under the same light.

I have definitely been considering keeping a male if it looks like a good pheno. I do have a couple autos flowering so if nothing else, I could make a fast flowering run. Seriously though, I have thought of making a bit of pollen to S1 a great pheno. Man, the only reason I've been running autos was the experiment part and then the fact that light leaks and such don't affect most of them. My wife is the worst to go turning lights on going looking for something in the grow room( extra bathroom) and interrupting the dark. I've already threatened her on these but you know how much good that does. A lost hair brush could ruin me. She has agreed that I need a tent. I think I've made room in the bedroom for a 2x4. Now I just need to find an affordable one. I already have lights. I just need the tent. Either that, or a new bathroom door lock with me the only key holder( now who thinks THAT will work?)Lol.
I removed everything from my space and scrubbed it with bleach water. I removed the wire grid I was using as a platform so that big plant gained a foot of headroom. I used the opportunity to even the tops out. 1 of the BBHP is apparently male so it's been moved to the side. I re-arranged the space to maximize efficiency. Fkn broke off a fat bud on the bigger auto. Fuck it, it's only about 2 weeks early. I'm decided on Flipping to 12/12 in 9 days. If the big girl stretches very much, I'm going to be tight on space again fast. I've got a bunch of folks hollering ,"Clone it! like it's something precious. I can see using it for practice but I have much better stuff to Clone now than this. I'm working the wife about a tent...Any progress on the grow zone expansion CP?

Yeah I’m with the “clone it” gang buddy, I clone everything nowadays.. you don’t know what you have until it’s done and it SUCKS to have a truly spectacular freak pheno disappear because you were to lazy to take a cutting. My best BB hashplant is gone because I thought..”all good, I have heaps more seeds” but none were close to as good as that first one. You can just solo cup and If they aren’t anything special you just trash them later.
Good luck with the stretch, expect them to grow a third in size again, you want to keep them smaller then get some silica and give them a foliar spray once a week for the first three weeks after you flip. Just make sure you dim the lights while the plants are wet.
Why mess with a good thing then? Nothing wrong with soil grows at all.. I’ve often thought about changing from hydro to soil.
I think I saw you had some GG4 on the go there too yeah? I’ll be watching that one.. been on my radar a while.
So far I've not gotten the GG to grow. 1 of 2 beans pops each time but they've refused to sprout up. It takes them over a week to pop. Then they just barely break soil. I've got 6 more so maybe.. Maybe a coco cube to start?... Regardless, I have been blessed with at least a dozen strains. Some of these are well known medical strains. I really need strong Indicas. I'm hoping to find some great phenotypes and start cloning. I'm buying some cloning gear next trip to the grow store.
Don’t be afraid to just take a cutting and bang it in the ground mate.. you would be surprised how often it works
Well, I can surely try it on that big plant. Most of the lower branches have multiple offshoots 8"-10" long. Honestly, it's probably going to help to clean off some of that.
