They look to be running out of nutes. I'd either up pot ( they look like they're in small bags, could be problematic outdoors) or feed them.
I never ph water going into my soil.

Neither do I. But if you look at the pics op looks like hes using a soilless media. I don't think he states he was using soil anywhere.
If you look at the pics, it looks like a soilless media mixed with perlite. Generally soil growers opt for better aeration media. Not to say always but ya generally...
Sooo not adjusting ph could definitely be and likely is the factor here.

They’re hungry….possibly lock out won’t know till you test out ph. It’s a simple fix….overall they don’t look horrible, I’m going through feeding issues myself atm…my fear is always over feeding and with my current situation I can’t tend to my plants daily. I’m a chef so I stick to the thought process that you can always add more but you can’t take away. Test ph…make sure it’s balanced then give them a big feeding!! Good luck brother

You're right, op never mentioned the media.
I've noticed some of my plants in solos start looking like that if left too long ( I always figured mag def). Always clears up when I transplant
