dry ice hash with co2 fire extinguisher.

I live in a place where i can´t really get dry ice lol, só i got this idea and would like to get some opinions if it would work and maybe improve upon it with some discussion.
first i would make a container with multiple screens on it(maybe stainless steel mesh would be better for this?), first layer where the flowers would sit with 250micron mesh, second layer with 180micron to filter impurities and maybe another with 120, them the good stuff would collect after it at the bottom and a really fine one for a escape hole like 45micron, there would be a lid with a hole to fit the co2 extinguisher at top and i guess as it fires it would freeze and the pressure would send most of the the gold dust deeper by it self, the process it self would create some dry ice so it could be shaked further if needed.
maybe if less movement/shake is needed and the pressure is enough to brake the thrichomes the will be less contaminant in the final product as it would brake less plant matter.
maybe this has been done already and i don't know, i can get a used extinguisher and fill it up cheaply, so i think maybe is worth a try.
also the container, i don't know if plastic will be ok with the the low temps....

You might be surprised what can be yeilded without co2 or freezing.


I think it Frenchie that said freezing creates too much unwanted leafs with it being too brittle, idk 1st hand ive only read it but its logical?

You can discharge the co2 extinguisher into a paper shopping bag and make dry ice.
Easier than trying to discharge it into a bucket full of trim...that won't end well.
Try that with compressed air if you want, same effect.

The co2 extinguisher has a discharge diffuser, so you're not going to get much direct pressure (if any) on the trim to do sorting.
Better off tossing the dry ice in, and blowing it around with compressed air.
Still need to let air/co2 out of the bucket somehow, like having the big hole covered in super fine mesh.
Couple small holes will just cause the bucket to over pressurize and pop the lid off.
