Are these veins showing signs of calmag deficiency?

Plants produce anthocyanins for a number of reasons.
Apart from phosphorus, iron or mag def , they also produce them as a protection due to low temp and high light levels .
Low temp yes.rest i dont beleve happens on the lower branches.iron deficency is extreamly rare

Yup, I'd more inclined to suspect Mag aswell.
Iron would be visible in the new growth.
Phosphorus would be unlikely in veg, also the lower leaf symptoms don't really match.

But the Mag def will often first show itself by turning leaf petioles red,
then you would start seeing symptoms between the veins in lower leafs (like in the first pic) and/or cupping of the leafs.

Does any know or have any suggestions on what this could be?

@coreywebster thanks for the tip bud, using less with more applications if needed that's perfect!

Say for example magnesium is the problem how long after spraying does it normally take to see results?

The above is a old picture but ive plant yellowing and I'm still unsure about the cause, any suggestions?

Usually 48h you should see improvements if that's the issue.

Immobile nutrient deficiencies show up first in the new growth, because they can't be re-distributed within the plant.
So like in this case, newest growth is mostly affected. And considering the yellowing is starting from the base of leaf instead of tips,
this is usually a sign of Fe deficiency.

Most of your primary nutrients are mobile NPK, Mg, S, while Calcium can get re-distributed, it is considered only semi-mobile.
So in mobile deficiencies you would often see first signs in the lower parts of the branches/plant.
Plant would re-distribute necessary nutrients from older/lower growth to where it is needed and thus these would give the first signs.

Also with K,Mg,Ca you should pay attention to ratios and not just add more of these nutes blindly.
Because if there is too much of one, it reduces the amounts the plant gets the other two.
