The National Mall has the Vietnam and Korean War memorials, reflecting pool, Lincoln Monument, Air and Space museum, the Natural History museum, National Art Gallery and the Washington Monument. The White House is there as well as Congress so a couple days could be spent just there doing tours. Do a little research on the DC Subway system as trying to park down there is a nightmare.Good morning, everybody. I plan on visiting DC for 3-4 days in mid to late September and I've never been there. Anybody got tips on sites to see for a short visit? I do like museums but I have to see the White House, National Mall, and the Lincoln Memorial. Congress will probably be in session so I don't know if it's a good idea for me to visit the Capitol Building. I don't know if I could restrain myself from flipping the bird to a few Congressman.
If you're a horror movie fan the steps from the Exorcist movie are in Georgetown which has a ton of bars and restaurants along with some overpriced shops. Greene Sundaes on the Where's Weed app is a good weed delivery service that delivers to your hotel and there's a bunch of others to look at for shrooms and weed as shrooms are legal there now. Hope you have a great trip.
