I'm definitely lagging in tech I just received a sf4000 a few weeks ago plant loves it how is the temperature output does it run hot like the older models or what going on I understand the difference between the diodes and everything but what was done about heat output anything good so I don't have to run my AC just to keep temperature at 84 and the humidity way down in the 30s

Hey is the heat generated mosly from the power source or from the energy of the light? Among all the vidios I have watched a few guys made the back of the light its own room. Duct work blowing on transformers and heat sinks and temp monitors on fixtures with sensors for alerts. All those looked very high end with co2 and one of those neon frogs to lick the leaves......

Got no plans of ever going over a 3*3 and 300 watts so that looks like a nice match but not if it is a heat pig.
