Please I need a little insight

So this is 8th week flower. As you can see lots of brand new pistols. This is an 8 week flower as well. No light problems no feed problems I am really confused, I have looked it up and people say it happens due to left too long or light. Please anything would be helpful at this point. I hope I didnt ruin it

It looks fine! Honestly you can harvest the plant anytime after the trichomes go cloudy but the longer you let it go the more amber they get and the more stoney the flower will be so it's up to preference. I like to let mine get somewhere around 50/50 check the trichomes and see what the ratio is and decide from there

Those white pistils will turn Orange during the dry, cheap trichrome checker is a great investment!

I can't tell if inder all that new growth is a plant that was ready.

But it looks like a lock out to me.

You've not given enough information though to diagnose.

8 weeks isn't a standard finishing time, despite what breeders might say

ok so its 8 weeks from sight of flower not 12/12. I feed 2 times a day organic ph going in around 6.6 coming out in between 6.4/7.1 I have tried to keep it under 7, I think somethin I use has a 7. natural ph. Looked great till 2 days ago and bam a lot of new pistols and when I say a lot I noticed the second lights came on. What else you need to know?

So it's in soil.

Is it living soil or are you feeding an organic liquid based nutrient ?

Teas and ammendments?

To me, it doesn't look like it's foxtailing. 8 weeks, I assume, is what the breeder said the flowering time is. Well, breeders lie like rugs! The flowering time is almost always longer than the say, sometimes by as much as 50%.

I second this, except the 50% part. I'm an old school grower, but I think designated flower times and VPD schedules are convoluted and most growers are better off learning to "read" the plant and trust your plant knowledge eyes over recommendations.
