Trichomes developing slow?

Are there any amber in those trichomes or am I just blind? They have been flowering for about 2-3 weeks maybe, I didn't write down date when it started so I'm not sure. Next time I have to do that...

They are Northern Lights autoflowering, and have been planted June 10th. So this is day 70 since planting the seeds.

First off, the buds are nowhere close to ready. A pic or two of the entire plant and couple individual buds would help folks give u better advice.
also, it’s been my experience with autos, that some never really get amber trichs.
Make sure the buds are ready and fully ripe…..let all white pistils turn brown and recede. A random white pistil popping here or there is no big deal, but if the plant has them all over, it’s not ready.
The one mistake I’ve made numerous times, is waiting and waiting on amber trichs. At a certain point your terp profile will start to decrease and your quality will suffer.
All of this is totally dependent on the plant being healthy and in good shape at the time.
Plants that are sick , deficient , toxic, underfed, overfed, PH out of whack, etc, will not finish up like they’re supposed to.
Pay zero attention to the breeder’s timeline….thr plant will finish when it finishes……but don’t lose terps by waiting on something that may never come.

I'm a little embarrassed to post a picture of a whole plant because it looks so bad, this is my first grow and have made bad mistakes. Had to be away for 3 days and it got burned by light that was too close whole time, like really badly. And 1 time I accidentally gave them double the amount of nutrients. But they didn't die so I let them grow, and I hope my next grow is going to be more successful. And I have learned a lot!

That's standard stuff its just part of learning everyone's has been there.

Your plant has a bit to go, wait for fresh white pistils to stop showing and then recede back into the bud.

We all start somewhere there isn't a single person on this board who hasn't fucked a plant up a bit at some point your still learning don't sweat it my advice is next time try photos over autos there more forgiving to mistakes autos are harder in this regard as there is no do overs you make a mistake with photos most of the time you can fix it just costs you a bit extra time is all anyway you got a bit to go yet anyway op

Pistils? Sorry english isn't my native language, I'm from Finland. So can you please explain a little. And how long do you think I still have to wait, I think 3 weeks is closer to what they have been flowering now. You said not care what breeders say about timeline, but I'll just mention it was 45-50 days of flowering (those are from Sensi Seeds).

And I have to say in these forums i get answers much quicker than in those finnish forums, thank you :D But here are about 50,000 growers estimated in Finland last I checked, and all of them are not using those forums. And friendly people here also!

Pistils (translate.google.com calls them emi) are the white hair like things that will turn orange and slowly retract as the plant ages.

I've been growing for decades now and I still screw grows LOL just keep growing and learning. Pretty much life. Welcome to RIU
