A few sugar leaves here and there

Hey guys just curious if it's normal to have a few sugar leaves here and there turn dark and wither away. Is that normal or do I have a problem?

Remove those leaves, open up the bud(s) & check for rot.

This! The classic dead yellow shrivelled sugar leaf is a classic sign of budrot

No.its allways a problem too much or too little of something.or maybe too agressive wind on one leaf

Deffo looks like rot has gotten in there. It should just fall out when plucked. If you prise the bud open it’s most likely all brown and fuzzy inside :/

Thats bud rot chop those off.

Bud rot.
Bend the cola at the dead leaves and you'll see brown mush.

I'm leaning more towards a worm or caterpillar, but I literally don't know what I'm doing. I did find a caterpillar on a small dead branch a week or so ago.


Any suggestions or how to get rid of them? Gotta save my beautiful buds!

You can look for the eggs also they will look green and have a little web like thing connecting them to the plant probably on the underside of leaves but can be elsewhere. Think some people use BTS and other safe to use things in flower.

If you don't remove the infected buds the rot will spread very quickly..

Is this the BTS spray? I opened those buds and found little fuzzy webbed cocoons in each wilting spot. Bug identifier app listed it them as a couple different things, like bagworm, and plant hopper moth. For sure caterpillars are the problem though.

yeah It says so on the label just double check around if people use captain jacks pretty sure iv heard so. ill check
