1/2 gallon of milk on the way out......so

Farm cheese. Bring milk to 190°, turn off the heat, add a little salt and vinegar while stirring. Let it sit, then add herbs (I used fresh chives) strain through a cheese cloth. Then press between two plates and into the fridge. Enjoy :blsmoke:

The stuff is awesome.
