Does microwaving a bud decarboxylate it?

Must be because it was dryer. Now I wonder other than evaporate terpenes what does it do chemically to cook a bud in the microwave.

Chemically? It probably fucks it up. That's just a guess though as I've never been pressed to microwave a bud

Ever try Banana Peels?
No, Microwaves are unable to heat evenly and some of the bud will be left out in the cold.

Wrap the bud in a paper towel and 10 sec at a time till dry enough. It will decarb when you smoke it.

You have no control in the microwave probably some trichs go over 130c...

Get a vape you can smoke wet weed with it after first 5 puffs weed is dry and you start really smoking it

If you need to dry some pot fast for a smoke, I found the best way was to cut it up small and put it on some foil in the bright sun. I am in a young generation that doesn't remember dirtweed, paraquat, and square groupers it seems. Weed wasn't a given 7 days a week growing up.

I remember all those things and I've had my fair share of schwag or seedy weed or resin but I have never felt the need to grab me a banana and smoke it.
I do remember a semi-popular fad I heard about in the late 70's. Seems some kids were somehow smoking tampons. I never witnessed it and we didn't have any internet so I don't really understand how that could have happened but for a year there it was kind of a known thing that some people were doing it although I admit, I never knew any of those people.

I've got some sk#1 drying now and microwaving a tester seems like the old days, I am excited to experience the high again. If you have never brought back a strain from your youth you should try it. Olfactory memories awaken.

When I did it, I used the Defrost setting. That way, it doesnt cook it. And I would turn the buds over, every minute, or so.

best results from a microwave were tightly wrapped in newspaper, but i don't recomend it, just be patient, it will pay off in the end

ok you guys caught me out, i'll admit it, I occasionally put in a MacDonalds brown paper bag and zap it, if im a little desperado,
well i used to put a few early buds on my Hps ballast for a few days, but now i have Leds, so micro wave it is then

just keep it on the down n low, i dont want it getting out,
