Boo update from the far northeast. Weather has been spectacular. Great temps, low humidity, no sign of any mold/PM/bugs. It’ll be a banner year if things hold. Looking like an early-mid October harvest for the Boo. Terps are getting more complex and frost is building. Question….how’s the yield? Based on current status, Boo doesn’t look like a heavy yielder but I’ll reserve judgment until post-harvest results are in.

Never been claimed to be biggest yeilder but if you are a orange / citrus fan it's bar to none ..she does put out nice golf ball size cluster buds . Personally I've always loved the bag of oranges , very thankful usefulseeds shared it with us to continue growing it

I know right everyone loves it for sure, I do like it but I'm more into them Bell ringer mollywhopping haze types personally. Glad I put this boo outdoors the only plant in my garden nearing a harvest everything else is pure sativa

Lollipopped my FMFX. so different from BOO or the WW cross. Way more open structure, although the short pheno is definitely leafier. I removed all nodes halfway up and defoliated the interiors. This is 11 days from flip and not shy about showing flowers. Clones I cut the same day now have roots. Nice traits to have!20240922_141105.jpg20240922_135306.jpg

My WW cross spent a few days in the upper 90s and did not like it. Some leaf death. I had to remove the trellis to clean them up. I think they're fine. Very fragrant at 45 days.20240922_132354.jpg20240922_131923.jpg

We got hammered by rain in OKC like horribly, fucked my outdoor up took some losses, but with the help of some T post, rope, and a lotta work, they are all still standing.

This is why I love 30 gallon pots for outdoors, while all these were getting pounded by the storms, my 1 and only boo got dragged into the shop sittin cozy under a 1000 watt DE HPS

I'll get another update when it comes back outside, tempted to leave it in there, it doesn't have long

Day 96

We're on cruise for the most part here at day 24 of flower. The defol and pruning really made a difference. Very happy with the training and Dr Earth dry amendments. Bumped up the lights to 140 watts each. I'm not sure where point of diminishing returns is, but I have a feeling I'm close.

Did something fail?
More of a heatwave. I run 2 tents linked together with an Inline fan. One tent exhausts into another then another fan exhausts from there. It's perfect in winter, I have an oil filled radiator in the first tent that heats them both. This is an unheated basement in Minnesota, it gets cool down there. But summer spikes can really drive up humidity down there, I also run a dehuey except in the cold months and that puts out heat too. I just took my eye off the ball. I really need to vacuum down there! Shameful lol20240926_094426.jpg

I'm amazed you kept the fmfx as short as the boo. Mine want to be fairly tall but I didn't really train them because I like to observe how they grow from seed. Looking really good.
The FMFX was tucked/spread more during the stretch which i think helped. I'll try to take a better picture to represent the difference, it's not by much but she is taller. Funny you say that. Thank you.
