Yeah man thrips are no joke. I know a guy who had them so bad a few years back you could see them moving on his leaves. Shit was insaneThere are no symptoms of light burn.
The white spots, as @Hijiri has brought up, might be indicative of an infestation. You've got innterveinal chlorosis, significant nutrient issues, and the leaves appear to be very shiny. If they're brittle, I'm thinking you might have thrips.
Check the back side of your leaves with a loupe. You cannot see thrips without significant magnification and a loupe will take you up to 60x. The telltale sign of thrips is that they leave small, brown honey colored drops on the backs of leaves.
I've had thrips twice and that's one reason I no longer grow during the summer months.
