I am fixing to start growing in the tulsa area and need to connect with other growers that know what they are doing

I have been thinking about moving to OK to grow.
But -- they shut down the licenses an I'm not an ID Holder.

I would partner with the right group.

I have been keeping clone holders in my back pocket since 2015. I know most of the best breeders in the game...but it still takes funds to get in the Game.

If Kamala Harris takes office we can expect legalization. THE MARKET is going to get WILD.
You think it's bad now with No Name Clones ...it's going to be a pollen chucking garbage fest.

Hang on to any VERIFIED Clones you have an watch the tidal wave of "NEW" strains. All recycled bullshit an FAKE cuttz of everything.

That said. If you are smart an strategically well funded...you can WIN in this. You wouldnt need a mountain of cash but you will need about 5-10k to secure your future.

IF you know about genetics you can start breeding the next real strain. I mean a strain that will get the breeders excited an give you an inlet to the entire market...think Cookies.

After reflection and clarity, I decide to do the right thing:

Grow legendary strains into massive moms that go for years and years,

I plant them in the ground and let them grow into trees

Spreading the genetics for the community

Too many people want, now is the time for me to give back

If you end up getting leaf septoria outdoors, give me a shout! I've been growing outdoors in the ground
for the last 5 years in Ok. Lots of strains don't do well here outdoors, even though they can do well in California and Colorado.

It is definitely too windy here in Oklahoma to plant them right in the ground in the open space

I am thinking: Build huge greenhouse, that way the elements cant touch them

And I will keep it temperature controlled somewhat

I am now near muskogee meeting people in oklahoma,

Let me know if you are close to me and want to meet

I tell yall the exact setup I am going with, feel free to critique etc

Imagine a massive greenhouse with garage door so I can bring in machines

Ground is dirt in greenhouse

I bring dump truck with FERTILE dirt inside greenhouse, dump in the center

spread the good dirt equally on the greenhouse floor using heavy machine with loader

Come in with small plants in early April and plant them RIGHT IN THE GROUND, not in pot

Solar will power fans on each side of greenhouse, and maybe a big AC unit

All running for free from solar, and ZERO heavy lifting of dirt/plants/anything

Machines are doing all heavy lifting

Harvest time: They will be trees by the time middle of october for harvest

Chop them down, load them onto trailer pulled into the greenhouse

Please critique this plan, let me know if I am doing something wrong

(Also I am here in tulsa area for next week, let me know if anyone want to meet/network, I travel to you)

Outdoor plants need support, definitely not too windy to grow in the ground. Too hot and humid to grow in a greenhouse in Oklahoma, you might as well be indoors, with the amount of energy it takes to dehum and cool a grow space. Also, we get some big hail once in a while. The market is saturated , many growers have gotten out, the ones I know are barely hanging on.

If plant get hit hard with that wind, it says:

"this environment is not good for me to grow big nugs from the stress"

I will do both, plant some in the greenhouse, and plant some outside for experiment

"Might as well be indoor from the energy it take to dehumidify and cool down"

Yes yes, I am listening with intent

It does not get too hot and if you have huge fan on both side of greenhouse, you are pulling tons of shaded air and quickly releasing the heat/humidity

Also, since there is free electricity that does not need to be stored during the time of cooling/dehumidifying, since

Solar panels getting hit hard with sun during the hot time of day, will go directly into powering the air conditioning, no need to store the electricity (another cost saved)

Indoor is proving to be not cost effective at the price point now in the market

Also, build the greenhouse higher so that it can capture more humidity/heat up top to rely less electricity and just use nature to give them their suitable environment

yes I love this statement, I become this way from many years of training, old heads made me like this

me and that guy might as well be best friends

One of his first sentences: best way to make high quality and be able to do it with some profit, is the greenhouse

His setup is exactly how I imagine:

In the winter, get shipping containers and prepare little ladies running on 18/6 flourescent lighting

Then load up greenhouse in april

Only difference I try: plants wont be in pots when flowering, they will be directly in the ground inside greenhouse

Also, I wont use plastic sheet to cover greenhouse, I ge a deal on tons of the plexiglass material, strong enough to sustain the hail/wind/everything

its no question, the future of growing is greenhouse, and cost saving
