Thank you @BobBitchen I booked a house in Murray UT for a 4 week stretch but I am not liking how the storms are splitting right now.

Historic California ski spot to become a haven for the rich
'More Powder. Less People,' states the ski resort's website
Southern California’s first ski resort. Mount Waterman is located along Angeles Crest Highway north of Los Angeles, and first opened in 1939.
A key component of the ski area’s reopening will be what the company is calling the “Waterman100,” an exclusive “inheritable ‘country-club’ style” membership for 100 people, according to the news release, offering “private powder days".
“The big storms bring the best snow, and the best snow closes almost everything for at least a few days. Roads included. This is a special window of time we hope to exploit,” states the Waterman100 website, which explains members could fly directly on approved charter helicopters to a mountain helipad in a 10 to 20 minute trip from Los Angeles.

We had a place do that here a bunch of years back. I made a bunch of the wood for the interior with a buddy. Huge job. Aged rough sawn but with a run through the planer so it gave it a really rich rustic look to the end product. Really beautiful.
