600 plants @ 2oz per plant = 33,600grams
33,600 @ $5.00 per gram = $168,000
IF you can turn over 3 times per year = $504,000

That means selling 100,800 grams per year.

Keep in mind, weed is not tobacco...
People don't consume it the same.
OK is saturated like @mandocat said...
So you better be able to produce pure DANK.
An you will need a SUPER sales team.

If you are going to only sell clones...
You can use a shipping container to keep mothers An clones like Atlantic Farms does.
It will be cheaper & less labor.

I can house a clone enterprise in a 1200sf apartment.
144 site cloner or multiple 48 site cloners
A few 4x4 tents for mothers
An a couple LED or T5 fixtures
Clone gel

The biggest cost is starting the clone collection.
At $150 - $400 per clone you need roughly
40 clones to start
That's about $6,000 - $16,000 invested.

You would be selling to growers...
So you would be marketing to the indoor & outdoor guys. If you can fill large outdoor orders like 600 clones... you can sell them $150 each.
That's $90,000

It's alot of work to produce over 25 clones...

Dispensaries in oklahoma are filled with trash, full proof:

I ended up getting concentrate from dispensary, the best one they had

I tried a TINY bit yesterday, I am STILL SICK from it

It tasted like there is poison in it left over from the additives they use to grow the plant

Its sad, they obviously have no care or control of the end product, and no one sensitive enough to test it out

That is full blown proof that:

Dispensaries are filled with trash, and you can poison yourself. If I would have taken a proper amount, not a tiny bit,

I would have puked my guts out and not ate for days to recover from it...

I hear everyone say that OK dispo bud is garbage.
The news is all over Chinese nationals an other cartel grows.

I was planning a trip out there to go on a dispo tour.
To find out for myself where the fire was kept.
I went to 14 different dispos in CO to find the best 2 in the Denver area. They are making money in a saturated market.

I travel by plane or train to spend a few nights in the city --raiding the local shops an inspecting the local bud. That way I can see what farms are producing fire...so I can network with them.

I had a plan to run thru OK but you need a MED Card. To walk into a shop. I was going to network with every dispo in the metro area to find out how to sell bud to them. Then setup my tents an sell bud to the clubs.

I have been looking for Master Grower positions were I can work my genetic expertise. But I am a Master Hydro Grower. I don't believe I can claim that title in soil. I know alot about outdoor...but I haven't harvested AAA bud outdoor.

IF I could find an investor that would front 100 trees
Indoor. I would partner with them...
I would supply the 100 buckets, air pumps, fans, tents, lights, nutrients, an genetics @ $5000
With a 100% equipment buy back
I would handle all the labor...
I already run 48 buckets solo-- another 48 is not that much.

Then I would have to sell all 12 - 24 lbs.
$1600 - $2000 wholesale
@ 19,200 - 24,000 / 38,400 - 48,000

4 harvest a year...
$76K - $96k @2 oz per plant
$154K - $192K @4 oz per plant

I'm looking at the labor cost ...
One "rimol" greenhouse is $5,400 - $12,600
Then you have to ship an build it...
More labor cost.
Then you have to wire it with automation & irrigation & power the intake fans. More money.

Not to mention getting the genetics in order...
Ordering an preparation of seeds or clones
More time & money...

Then working the ground to start or transplant all the seed or clones into the ground...
One take...hit or miss.
If they all take...great
If you have 1 issue...season is crushed

IPM an bugs...more labor an supplies cost.
Caterpillars, spider mites, grasshoppers...
An hope no aphids

Then you have to manage 6 - 7 months of potential powder mildew & bud rot on 6+ pound trees.
Not to mention soil amendments & feeds for each plant. Cost.

If you make it to croptober you are going to have to harvest your monster trees. More upfront cost.
You have to dry & cure to perfection...or
Your overall product will suffer
Tack on all the cost for that...

Once you harvest,
You have to prepare to take your product to market..
An consider all the potential cost to do that.
Heaven forbid, that your product doesn't sell...cause you sank all that cost into a grow that didn't pan out.

The only good part is that you own a greenhouse an most of the tools needed to run one. So if you try, you can go at it Again next YEAR.

That's a lot of upfront money to harvest at any type of loss. If you compare my indoor cost vs the outdoor cost ...you might see the numbers differently.

$5,000 in equipment. (Buy back deal)
$3,400 in rent
$1,500 in utilities
$19,200 - $38,400 in a 3 month harvest.

With the 3 more harvest a year
That's $14,200 - $33,400 every 3 months.

Are you licensed with OMMA??

Are you registered with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics (OBN)??

Do you have seed to sale tracking??

Do you have a testing lab for your samples??

If you can say yes to all of the above...
You can sell directly to any dispo in the state
That means you can sell 100 to 600 trees fairly easy.

only thing you are doing wrong: the pay is way less than we expect, the work is way more than it seem, and

you worried that the greenhouse gonna have problem is mistaken, it is NOT a random thing that just happen,

If plant fully healthy, tons of air flow happening, it will NOT just randomly get spider mite or mold

Person saying I am AI: I love that
