Crinkly, somewhat twisted leaves with purple stems

I'm having an issue I haven't had in about ten years, and for the life of me, I can't remember what it was the last time this happened.

Plants in my room are really off, I have a picture of the same strain that I never flipped to flower, and a picture of the same strain in my flower room now, almost two weeks into flower.

There's two big mistakes I realized I had done, and they've both been corrected as of today.

One was watering regular mid flower amounts after transplanting 6 inch pots to 2 gallon pots (ten minutes a feed, 8 times a day) did that for about ten days before I realized I never switched over to week 1 feed schedule, possibly overwatering, the other was that I kept my light on at 100% right when I put the plants into flower. I've dropped the lights to 70% output (running LEDs) I did notice some PM but it's minimal and will be sprayed in a bit.

I'm posting to see if y'all can help me figure out if one, or both of those could be the issue. Or if I'm completely wrong.

Room is about 84 degrees running CO2 with 60-64% humidity. Ppfd is about 800 now, was around 1100 at 100%. pH is 6-6.2 in root zone and I'm running Coco drain to waste.

First picture is the same strain still in veg to see what they looked like before flip.

First things first, don't add CO2 on a crop that's not healthy or dialed in. CO2 is a catalyst and will only worsen your problems if you don't fix the main issues.

She's probably overfed if you follow recommendations on the bottles and feed 8 times a day. To much light, fertilizer and CO2 for the stage of growth are the main problems. How much do you feed the girls and at what strength?

How many runs do you have with LED's? I suggest stop focusing on numbers and start focusing on the plants response instead. An instrument can't tell you what the plant wants and needs, only the plant itself can do that.

You use instrument like PAR/PPFD meters to repeat and mimmick a already dialed in environment and strain to increase your footprint while keeping the same environmental measures. You take measures from what the plant tells you is right, not the other way around.
