Testing the first batch of cannabutter (oatmeal, chocolate, cherry, cranberry) cookies.
One's a buzz, 2 is crusing, 3 is crash and burn for a few hours.
Guess I was exhausted from testing, crashed out after posting that.
Woke up all confused by daylight savings account being overdrawn...

Made enough for 18+ more batches. Turned out a nice light color and taste.

I cant do edibles anymore. When I was 22, I made some cannabutter with I dont know how many OZ of larfy outdoor flower. I made some cookies, ate one... and almost "died". LOL!

I went to bed feeling like I was not going to wake up.

I gave some cookies to some homeless, forgetting they had low tolerances...
Never saw them again, think they passed out in the median strip and got hauled away by the cops.
Still feel bad about that!

That's intense. Hopefully it played out differently.

I ended up giving all those cookies away. I told everyone to start with a quarter of the cookie. Only one person ate a whole cookie and said it was chill. I dont know if she was being honest or not, because everyone else tripped out hard when they tried eating half a cookie.

Supposed to have a north wind to 30 mph today, at least there has been over an inch of rain in the valley and more in the foothills to slow down any fires that start.
California passed staying on DST and not doing the change in fall years ago. Congress is who has to approve the change, good luck getting them to accomplish anything.

There has been a groundswell of support for ditching the time change here in Ontario also. Only caveat is that we need our bordering province (Quebec) and neighbouring State (New York) to agree to the switch. Hence, unlikely to happen in my political lifetime.

Happy Sunday! Stay elevated

Good morning, a beautiful day in VA. Finally got home yesterday from CA, I’ll share the good first. The Puck finished up nicely, I took the first part of the afternoon and chopped the rest and into the Koolatron. Here she is before chopping, I chopped the first half before leaving for work about two weeks ago.

And here she is after harvesting.

The Golden Tiger is doing ok, she could be doing better but considering I was gone for two weeks and only the wife watering she looks good.

As for the Malawi, apparently my wife didn’t want to stress me out while away, my trip was somewhat hectic work wise. Rather than tell me then she waited until I got home. The plant was stressed before I left, so not surprised or upset, but a bit disappointed.

The good news is the seeds look fantastic, I grabbed one of the branches that was seeded and got about 30 seeds. I stuck a bit in a bong and was surprised that it was not bad, very energetic high without being too harsh, and a bit of relaxing body high on the way down several hours later. If left to finish properly I think she would have been amazing, and I have a clone and seeds, so not a total loss as I first thought.

Too bad about the Malawi. The problem I had with long flower strains was double the time and oppurtunity for things to go wrong while I'm stoned.
Sorry about the Malawi too.
I had very good luck with the Ace Malawi X Panama seeds. 1 plant ,3 gallon DWC landed 8 oz . Give it another try.
Thanks. The GT is still kicking, and I’m dissecting the Malawi now, it was already at 14 weeks so was far long enough to have frosted up quite a bit, most of the hairs are amber. It would have benefited greatly if given another 2-3 weeks, but have to look at the bright side. It smokes well already, so another couple months curing should do wonders. Here’s after cutting one of the mid size branches and trimming it up a bit.
