Once these afflictions take over how do you go about restarting your grow room? I have killed all the plants and moved out anything I can. What other steps are required to get a clean room up and running again? thank you for your comments

If it were my room, I'd do what I do to my tent after every grow. Clean it all out, take down everything, then wipe down the complete inside of the tent witha 1 part bleach to 9 parts water solution, twice. Then I do the items I took out as well with the same solution. I allow it to dry well before putting anything back in. The solution kills anything even the dreaded "Hop latent Viroid", other solutions do not kill off this virus.
If your seed or clone already have this disease, they will be dead anyway, well nearer mid grow..

Basically clean everything down and start with fresh medium if you can. If it were me I'd give the room a few weeks of being empty before starting back up.

More importantly, focus on addressing and preventing the root cause of the issues - for PM and other fungal pathogens, make sure your temps and humidity are in check and there is good air movement throughout the space. For mites and other insect pests, come up with an IPM regimen that works for you, which can include being mindful of what you bring into the space from outside (including yourself and your clothes), scouting the plants regularly for pests, and/or using preventatives like sprays or beneficial insects. Good luck!

I cleaned everything with soap + water first then with 99.9% isopropyl inside the tent, including filter + fleece.
Changed coal and additionally I used an ozone generator to kill everything in the entire room, that might have gotten away.
I bought it from amazon for like 75 bucks, seems to have done the job very well.

That’s a strong solution homie! I mean to kill food borne pathogens it’s like 1 pt bleach to 1000 parts water , get er done

You’ve done this before? I thought about a UV light for my grow but wasn’t sure if it would do the whole tent. Would you still burn sulfur or something to get into all of the fan and zipper crevasses?
Yep. After every grow.

I move it around in the tent for penetration to more places. It'll degrade anything in your tent though. Fans, humidifiers, anything plastic for sure.
