It depends dude, not certain for sure how much they are over there, but here's a link to have a look at them, Once you buy it you can change the bulbs to suit yourself, 150, 250, 400, M/H or HPS there really really worth the money to be honest......
Check them out on e-bay for second hand ones, look at them here to get an idea of what your looking for.

depends how big u want it too be really
a quick rule is your plant can up to double or treble its size from the time u set it to bud.
this is what happens generally that ive seen but maybe its just me maybe ive just been lucky who knows
but true it all depeends on your lighting lumens per square foot and all that... to what u should do...
also just think how big u want them and try to work them too that

Those lights your on about aren't very good in comparison to the 250w, or 400w HPS full systems that can be got, Granted you will spend that bit more but the return is well worth it!!

Ya you should have no problems with your plants under a 400watt HPS system!
