Man i dont miss brick weed, i am guessing you live in the midwest somewhere? Cuz that looks like some shit i used to have to go through 3 different people to get a pinched QP and be like an OZ short cheap ass mofo back in the day, shit always had seeds out here i am lucky if i even see a seed, and then i grow my own shit so i dont gotz to worry about seeds anyways.
