New look is UGLY !!!

1. Can't post here so why ask? --> New design opinions needed. Not stated as being for elite only. I'll post my opinions here I guess.

2. Text collision on a lot of pages, most often at bottom.

3. Icons too big at top of the page as well as page heading being too busy. I guess this was done in behalf of sponsers so we're first presented with their advertising? Thank you for sponsering though as we need RIU!

4. Green borders on sides of pages (once one gets below the page headings) are distracting.

5. Old default color scheme was 100% better. This one's hard on the seeing organs. Way too bright.

6. Style changing is buggy and not intuitive.

More to say I'm sure but I have to test drive the new setup a lot more. But you still gotta love RIU. I do !!!

ya, Gaia bless RIU... the old scheme/layout was a LOT better and easier to decipher than this.


(EDIT) oh, very goood, you can go to your personal options, edit options, and change window skin at the bottom of that page back to blazin07 if you want the old back. much easier for me to read and find what i'm looking for.

Admin just reverted back to the old look for whatever reason but you're right, change necessitates learning. It was a buggy release version of the bulletin board code that took me and others by surprise.

Well i have just changed it back to blaz07 as this new look doesn't stimulate my brain what so ever lol, im not 1 for change to be honest, i'll just keep this like it is
