Newbie Sprouting Problem

Hello all this is my first grow. I germinated 3 white widow femized seeds and all were showing white tails within 48 hrs. My problem is i mixed half a cup of perlite with organinc potting soil but i didnt had much water to the soiil to start. My seeds have been under a couple 14 watt cfl now for 8 hours. My question is should i try and add water to the soil or will i drown out the seed. Any help would be appreciiated i dont want to lose 3 ladies off the bat thanks

just a little,its a weed ,dont make the soil sopping wet or the roots starve for oxygen and then you get deficiencies

It will take a few days before they sprout, and up until they sprout they really don't need much, if any, water. I'd water them again once they sprout.

Yeah, if anything, just mist them or use a spray bottle.
