lol... well man, i hope its a girl. i switched to 12/12 yesterday night at 7, so today is the 1st full day of flowering. I topped and trimmed it up a little bit yesterday along with grabbing a 300w eq soft white cfl. its got 2 2700k bulbs (450w eq) and a 6500k bulb on her (150w eq). I'll be posting pics tommarow!

alright guys..here's some new pics i just took. still no "real" sign of male or female. aside from that, IMO it's looking really healthy. I'm gunna start adding nutes in a day or so. what do you guys think?

Looking really good purpz; you should definitely add nutes, they're ready!! Why did you only grow one plant if you're using bagseed? You're kind of putting all your eggs in one basket when it comes time for sexing. Keeping my fingers crossed it's a female!

thanks! the main reason i did one seed was because of the size of the growroom im working with. in the next couple days im going to be moving it into a more narrow but taller (8ft) space.

the seed came out of a bag of str8 fire. my friend said it was some of the best he's smoked. so i said fuck it, i'll plant it and we'll see what happens haha.

if the plant doesn't turn out fem. i'll order a bunch of fem seeds and start over. this spring i'll be doing a outdoor grow anyway, so ordering seeds is a must.

very nice looking plants man. Only thing that surprises me is that your not growing a purp strain. Kinda contradictory dont ya think? lol. Good luck mate

lol... i know right? next grow for sure. i wanted to get 1 grow under my belt before i started growing purpz.

alright guys, time for an update.

day 36-
day 7 -flower

Idk if any of you guys read my last thread, but one of my lamps (biggest one) fell right ontop of my plant yesterday morning. The good thing was it was only sitting an inch above the plant so it didn't do as much damage as it might have. It did how ever manage to take down 2 huge fan leaves and 4 other branches. I managed to save 3 other branches by getting creative useing cardboard peices as a crutch... just took them off this morning and the plant looks GREAT. check it out.

the first pic is the one i took yesterday after the accident. the red circles are the bigger branches i lost. the lines are the branches i saved by useing the cardboard supports. (the CFL on the right was turned off to take the pic)



any Q's or advice?

Sorry to hear the bad luck man.. They bounce back rather nice tho if ya treat them right bro. Second pic looks good man.
