EMERGENCY -- top drooping on Widow

Ok, so its been 5 days since ive watered my plants with just water (my other plants are doing fine, im referring to some White widows that i started flowering about 2 weeks ago), and the soil is still moist on one of my two widows, and the top 5 inches is drooping and flopped to one side. I would normally think that this would be do to the plant being too dry, but like i said, the soil is still moist in the growbag. My other widow which is sitting directly next to this one is doing fine, thriving in fact, but im worried about this one. Any ideas??

Im not completely panicked or anything like that, worst comes to worst i can always top the plant and let her do her own thing from there, but id like to fix the problem rather than take a shortcut around it. I wanted to leave my widows untopped to see the difference in yield, in comparison to my 5 other plants that are about 3-4 weeks from the chop. Any help or ideas as to what could be wrong would be GREATLY appreciated here. Im at a loss, and i cant think of what could be wrong with my girl. Tonight is feeding night on my watering schedule, so ill be dosing her up with bloom nutes (which she has only recieved one dose of nutrient rich water since i planted her) this evening. Do you think it may have something to do with nutrients?? i dont have any pics taken, but later on tonight if things dont perk up ill post some on here. Im just curious as to what some of you experienced guys out there think it may be.

one thing I have noticed everytime they start to flower and into 3rd week is that the growth rate is tremendous and alot of the new secondary growths on the top of the plant will droop. more so as the day wears on. DWC though, not soil. I usually fill up the res some more.
my theory is they grow and stretch so much the sometimes she just cant keep up with herself. and it takes herself sometime to catch up to herself. not every plant.
If it were me, I would first see to make sure the light she is getting is not too intesne and if u feel it is, move her a bit. rotating always helps too. if it has been 5 days since watering I would hold off until u either see more droopage or more vitality-
u know these bitches all got their own uniquedness- if that is a word to them-that pain in the ass doesnt want to give it up unless she gets pampered.

u gonna justhave to go with your gut here since u prob have the experience to make the right decision.

also one more thing-if u r like the rest of us, you use veg nutes into 2-3 week of flowering and than switch to bloom. I am trying to now ease out of one and into the other to see if I notice a difference.

thanks guys, and i appreciate the advice. Heres whats happening now though, lol. I watered yesterday, and she perked right back up. BUT i checked on shit about 3 hours ago, and the damn plant is starting to droop again. I have no idea what this could be man, my other WW is strong as hell, and thriving, doin awesome. This plant is 2 inches shorter than the stronger widow, and the top 5 inches is starting to droop to one side again. The leaves are pointing towards the floor, and i just dont freakin get it. Im not gonna mess with it though. Im gonna read up all i can read, and until i find out EXACTLY what it is, im just gonna keep it staked until it fixes itself, which it should do because im not doing anything un healthy to the damn thing, lol.

But like i said, +rep to anyone who gives up some good advice, so ill hook u guys up for sure.

than she has got to be overwatered/waterlogged. click on the link in my sig line
the fresh water u gave her supplied enough o2 for couple of hours-gonna have to let her completely dry out-how bout misting for now the underside of the canopy?
maybe make some more drainage
u know even though the gals are from the same family, they all exhibit diff stupid traits like a normal girl
