Possible Nute Burn... Need Opinion

I'm assuming what I have here is a classic case of nutrient burn as this showed it self approximately 2 days after my first feeding. I would just like to confirm it with all the experts out there!

Approx 4 weeks old, nutrients given 4 days ago, showed small signs yesterday, and now more pronounced now. Growing indoors in homemade growbox, with 400w HPS.

I've since watered again today with straight water.

Can I get a confirmation that I just fed her too much? Thanks all!!

Oh ya and I'm using DNF nutrients and mixed the nutrients to a concentration of EC 0.7 for the first feed. Just wondering if anyone with related experience with DNF can give me a better basis to go by when feeding. Thanks again!

my opinion, looks like nutrient solution has been on splashed on the bottom leafs and then burnt by the intense hps, i can see a drop of water on another leaf so im assuming this is the case. i'd trim the leafs so there is no visible burn marks left and make sure you dont get water or nutrient solution on the leafs next time u put it under the hps
