i chopped half of them...i didnt chop all... those idiots dont read the entire thread... it makes perfect sense to chop some...as the nutes you feed it go right to them fan leaves...reducing it sends the nutes elsewhere....i should know my pops grew plants for years...

So tell me something FDD, how do you feel about trimming leaves in indoor conditions? Scrog, SOG even in vertical systems, do you think its still best to leave the leaves? My last grow I was pretty nooby about it all, and I went over board and removed prolly 60% of the fan leaves about a week before flowering. It was indoors, and I kinda think that it reduced my overall yield. But in certain growing systems designed to opptimize the canopy, does it still hurt to remove the lower growth?

to that point... whats the problem in removing half the fan leaves... what do the bud leaves do...stand around and look good...no they do the exact same as the fan leaves... i left the ones i needed...people have different ways of growing..but obviously they think they know every god dam fuckin thing there is to know...YOU DONT..every strains different...

rolled and smokin...yea fdd has beautiful buds...i bet he's also poured a shitload of cash into nutes to get those plants that way....the fan leaves arnt the only reason... they wilt up and die anyways...i want them to explain why the bud leafs are there...the fan leaf may be a major part...but the other leaves play an important roll! you brough up a good point thundercat... they should take into consideration where there at..the growing conditions of northern cali are phenomenol... no doubt about it...
