Please, Judge My Seedlings (12/12 from Seed, Day 20)

Heres one of my cabinets, just wanted to know what you guys thought of these seedlings (as in, are they growing too slow, any obvious nute deficiencies, anyone see an emergency?)

day 20, i would start giving small amount of nutes, maybe 1/4 or 1/3 concentration.

Been nutin for a bit, using veg nutes even though its on 12/12, anyone know how long it should take me to see preflowers?

you should be using both veg and flower nutes, if you have an advanced kit, if not idk. they take a while to mature to sex age even tho they are in 12/12, so you may have to wait till they get to be a few more inches big and deffinately a few more node lengths. they dont look too bad ill see if i can find a picture of my plants at near 20 days to compair. i didnt use any nute other than what was in the soil.

these are my 3 week (21 day) pics, i had them under 4 26w 2700k cfl bulbs. how far away is your 400w? thats what i have now but i have a mh convertion bulb in it, i have it as far away as i can get it cuz the heat, heres a page of info that might help, that might have stunted them a bit. just make sure you have a fan on them all the time. promotes fast strong growth.

done thc bomb 12-12 and doing 1 with 4 weeks veg now, got just over an oz dry in 8.5 weeks, heres a pic of my bomb

Bro, these are pictures of your plants at day 20? Also, you giving them 12 hours on and 12 hours off of light? Get back bro, because if this is day 20 you got issues. I am growing with 8 26 watt cfl 6500k daylight bulbs, and my lights are on 24 hours a day until I begin to flower. here are some pics I took today at day 7.

For veg, you should be using 26 watt cfl daylight 6500k, and then your 2700k for flowering.

Yeah, i'm aware that i could pump them up with 24 on, but i'm growing twice as many plants as my equipment would allow to do that, and i want to force preflowers early so i can kill all the males, but that is a hell of a plant at day 7!

What I would suggest is giving them 18 on and 6 off and then using some c02 mabey the homemade kind ( 2 litre, active yeast and suger) just to have them grow quicker wich is what you want. I woulden't force flowering until at least a minimum of 8".
